The agreement between you and VastuVeda Arts.
Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation message. We reserve the right to decline an order where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case any payment is refunded in full.
Pricing
All prices are in Nepalese Rupees and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
Payment
We accept eSewa, Khalti and cash on delivery inside Kathmandu Valley. Ownership of goods passes to you on full payment and delivery.
Product accuracy
We photograph and describe pieces as accurately as we can. Natural materials vary in grain, weave and glaze; these variations are not defects.
Liability
Our liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Nepali law.
